(2) 从设置->更多工具->扩展程序 打开扩展程序页面，或者地址栏输入 Chrome://extensions/ 按下回车打开扩展程序页面
(3) 打开扩展程序页面的“开发者模式”
(4) 将crx文件拖拽到扩展程序页面，

The automatic translation is garbage and there is no easy way of making MSDN/docs default to english. That is why I wrote this minimalistic extension to switch any MSDN, support.microsoft, azure.microsoft and/or docs.microsft localisation to en-us.
You can easily choose whether you want some or all pages redirected to the english version. Just click the extension icon and toggle the pages on and off (see provided images).
