(1)将扩展迷上下载的安装包文件（.zip）解压为文件夹，其中类型为“crx”的文件就是接下来需要用到的安装文件

Because the selected tab is black the background frames are dark gray. This gray frame is the darkest you can go without getting the white outline around the selected tab.
Similar to Google's new Just Black theme but that has a gray selected tab. This theme has the selected tab in black.
The frame gets slightly lighter when inactive.
Background tab text colors are muted.
Incognito mode colors are same as normal mode.
I'm using Chrome Canary with native dark mode to get the dark omnibox/search area.
